Snapstay OÜ operates Saytara and is responsible for the personal data described here. Saytara stores only what it needs to create your private cash-flow ledger.
What we store
Your Google account identity, business settings, linked WhatsApp identifier, messages sent to the bot, and the transactions extracted from those messages. WhatsApp voice recordings are stored only when you enable Help improve Saytara in Settings.
Who processes it
Snapstay OÜ operates Saytara and acts as the data controller for the personal data described here. Cloudflare runs the application, database, queue, and language model. Google provides sign-in. Meta delivers WhatsApp messages.
How it is used
Your messages are used to understand and maintain your ledger. They are not sold or used for advertising.
Your control
You can edit or delete ledger entries from the dashboard. Voice recording retention is off by default, and turning it off deletes recordings saved for your workspace. Account deletion and full data export will be added before a public launch.
